Exclamation help electrical problem

I have a 99 polaris scrambler and I'm having problems my lights and panel lights work with the key on and the engine off but when I start my quad the lights don't work I need to get this fixed before next weekend cause I'm going to dumont I've never been there before and I want to be ableto ride out there, so if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated thank you

DAMMIT!!! Im not good with Electrical.....

Works off Battery....But not with the Bike on................

Nothing.....High or low Beam???

i found out what the problem was the people I got it from had the voltage regulator wired wrong now everything worksand the circuit breaker was bad
