I thought that 3-wheelers were banned in some states. Correct me if I'm wrong, aren't they banned in states like New York?

I dont beleive they were ever bannded the companys just could not distribute them anymore.

Your Right,,,,they were never banned....The Big 3 (Yamaha, Kawasaki and Honda) Got together and Decided it best to End Production because of all the Law Suits....They have always been legal to Ride.....
