Default warranty

so i was bout to order my hmf slip on yesterday when i got a gut feeling i should call the dealer first to see if it would void my warranty. sure enuf it did. his exact words were "if you have any engine problems that can be traced back to the exhaust then the warranty will be voided"
wat in the hell can a exhaust do to hurt the engine?
makes me think if that moose bumper on my quad voided the warranty also

Any changes you make to your quad CAN void your warranty unless it is a geniune Honda part.

Not always. I put my 2 Brothers pipe on I did not have to rejet. If I take my air box lid off I will.

MWKE is right, if you crash and bust plastics all up. That's not covered. If something breaks off and they can find a way to blame it on you they will.
