I wish Target , Kohls , and Menarids would join forces and KICK the Living $hit out of wal-mart. How about an ATV-MART for use ATVERS with a life!!!

i dont think you save that much at Walmart, actually.....if you shop at stores like Publix, they often have many items every week that are buy one get one free...

combine that with coupons, you're saving a BUNCH...

Last week I spent $70 bucks or so on groceries...but I saved $42 because of the B.O.G.O. and coupons!!!

I like walmart

They are actually building the biggest walmart in the country right down the raod from where i work. It is 2 story and has an escalator for the carts and for people, its actually kinda cool

I like Wal-mart because gas is always cheaper

but i understand what your saying, they kinda hang small buisnesses out to dry, it seems likepretty soon everything will be wal-mart owned and the small buisnesses will go out

yup i hear ya....and i'm all about the mom and pop shops.............especially restaurants. i'd pick the local restaurant over chili's, applebee's or ruby tuesdays anyday.....

Certain things i have saved greatly on buying them at wal mart compaired to anywhere else.. I dont really do my food shopping there more so for camping supplies, fishing auto needs etc. Wal-Mart is just the new Sears with much better management and business profiles.
Though i am tired of Ruby Tuesdays and such, not many home grown places survived in my areas since the aforemented and about 20 cookie other cutter type eateries...
Amazing how much retail sq footage there is. Orange COunty NY is about 350,000 to 450,000 population wise and there is about 10 million sq ft of retail at least.

now i wish someone would just open the quading and outdoor version of Wal-mart :-)

doesnt have everything..but.
i just go to my local S&S powersports.
they have EVERYTHING
atvs,dirtbikes,utvs,jetskis,motercycles,gear, parts.
all brands.
yamaha,honda,can-am,polaris,suzuki,kawisaki,KTM...bunch more.

i love that place
