I owned a first year 185, 230 shaft, 230le (Quadsport with auto Cluich). Rode every Suzuki Quad for the fist 5 years they were out.

I guess we all owe a big thanks to Suzuki.

Honda too, In 1998 there was only one true sport/high performance quad and that was the Banshee. Things started going down hill in the sport world of ATVing until a year later when Honda released the 400ex. That started all the companies on the sport kick.
