high capcity springs

For a while now the springs on my quad keep getting softer and softer even though the springs are set at the strongest setting. After searching the net I came across highlifters high capacity springs. I do a lot of towing and carry a desent amount of wait on my racks. All i want to know is if they really are worth the $160, and if anyone knows about them?

IF you are carrying a lot of weight I would buy the stouter springs. Any company that makes/sells snowplows should have springs available. It pays to shop around! What does RockyMountainATV say? I would go there first. I always talk to Debbie.

New springs are really your only solution: expect it to ride stiffer when empty but it should not be a major problem.... Let us know how it goes!

looked pretty much everywhere cant find anything except installation guides and links to high lifter. i called rockymountain and they didn't carry anything or know were to get springs for an arctic cat. if u know of any springs feel free to list them..... Thanks for the input...

I have a buddy who is an Artic Cat Tech at Gander Mountain. I'll talk to him tomorrow or the next day.

my thot was cycle country since they do plows and implements, but no luck there. still searching....
one of the big plow mfrs markets a whole bunch of springs I just haven't found them yet. an ATV magazine might help...

google search turned up only Baldwin Motorsports for RCS springs - maybe.
There just isn't much out there for AC. Did the dealer say anything helpful?

thanks for looking but no haven't called the dealer probably will do it tomorrow.... i am alright with the highlifter springs but there bright yellow, and it might look a little weird since the whole atv is green and black. but i will keep searching

you could always paint them or better yet powdercoat them...

thats not a bad idea but wear can i go to get them powder coated? and doesnt that cost a lot

check with someone. most auto parts stores will know someone local who does it. even this littlw town has a powder coater. the custom car guys and the golfers keep him busy..
