I use a 4x8 harbor freight trailer with fold down ramps front and rear behind a pickup. It becomes a ramp as well.

drop the tailgate and the front ramp, rear ramp and ride the quad up into the truck. then close the front ramp and lash the second quad to it in the trailer. Surprising what you can come up with when youre broke hahaha....will post pics after I learn how later today.

you can buy a cheapo trailer like I did and mod it to work [ I don't CARE what ppl think], reverse the rims or get a bigger truck.

I also have a portable winch setup for my jacked up pickup to put the raptor in there. after two crashes, we winch it in now. chain goes from stake pockets at front to winch and we pull it up the ramp slowly. I just extended the cables to reach the truck battery..... there's a remote control so you could manhandle it if necessary. like $50 at harbor freight. something to think about anyway. see in winter here ramps are BAD, like bridges, they get ICY. 400+ lbs on your chest = not good. I had to survive the 'shame on me' before I created this. and now I see other ppl using it around here as well.

This hauler was custom my made by my wife uncle for his truck, when I bought the atv's he gave me the hauler. If you look in the project room, you will find my new project sitting on it. It also make a great work platform for the atv's and lawn mower.

It seems as though there are Several Manufacturers of Toybox's today and what is good and bad is a matter of opinion......

You will pay more money for the Major Brands just like anything else you would by...IE,,Weekend Warrior, Rampage, Nitro, Etc.......

If it were me.....I would go and walk through several of them.....Travel to different lots and inspect them....There are Many different floor plans to suit you....Dont get caught up in the BIG ones....Go for what you need....Not for what you Drool over:laugh: That is where it hurts the pocket book.....

ToyHauler Magazine - index is a very good forum.....Ive been a member over there for yrs and there are many people over there that are actually Toyhauler engineers and will be able to answer any questions you might have.....Terry (the Admin/owner) is VERY NICE and helpful....Buy the magazine subscription.....They have a lot of info in them on new trailers and helpful hints......If you want....I can send you some of my collection to browse through....(Im even in one of them:wink:)....

I hope this helped a tintsy bit.....

Good morning, I am new to the forum. I'm 75 years old and love getting ATVs back to usable condition. I particularly like the 2006-2009 Arctic Cat 250 Utility. I currently own 6. The 2006 I am working on only has reverse and low gear. The "drive shaft" in the transmission is completely stripped where the high gear would mesh. Has anyone on here replaced the shaft. I'm told I have to split the case. I was hoping that someone on here could let me know how hard it will be. I already have it stripped down to where the shaft coming in from the clutch side is the only thing left. I was hoping I could just remove the driven clutch and drive it out from there. Directions say different. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?
