2007 Suzuki Z90 - Will Not Idle

I just purchased a 2007 Z90 and it runs great but wont sit there and idle. If I barely give hold the throttle it will idle pretty smooth. I dont see any adjustment so I have no idea where to start looking for the problem. I checked spark plug already. Ive never had anything with no carb adjustments (or I cant find them)

Crazy, I went to the dealer and they dont make a carb kit for this one. Bought one for 25$ for my Yamaha Grizzly 80 .. This one cost me over $30 just for a throttle stop screw. They wanted another 27$ for the float needle alone!!

Another question is. The needle jet below the main jet looks like a pressed fit. Which way do I knock it out. The hole on top side looks smaller than the bottom of the jet but the bottom looks larger than the threads would allow for it to be knocked out that way. Im not at all familiar with this style of carb and dont want to do more damage than good. Seeing as how a new carb runs over $300. I dont understand how the choke works on this thing either.

on page 4-5 in the manual is the carburetor blowout. all the jets unscrew. the choke looks like a regular push/pull set up, other than the fact it has a handle like an old well water pump. does this one work the same way ~ up and down motion to prime it? or just a toggle type setting?

sucks the dealer didnt have a kit, they sure gouge you for individual parts ...

This is something I'm extremely curious about. Has anyone ever attempted to buy a quad (or any other vehicle) from an impound lot? I've always wondered if this could be a bargain, or a waste of time. Google searches do turn up some helpful results. Looks like the state of NJ holds auctions online which I'd be a bit hesitant about.

My online searches haven't really turned up any results of anyone buying an ATV this way. I'd be really curious if anyone tried this, or knows someone who has. I've actually found a couple pages with online auctions for my state, but none had ATVs.

I have a 97 Yamaha Timberwolf and it is beyond loud, is there any good options to silence them or at least make them bare able to drive. I know it has a crack in the exhaust pipe, but even with that fixed its still loud.

I am in the process of puting it back together after replacing the DPS gearbox.
The manual I have states that it will need to be flashed by a dealer. Is this still true?
Also , I have a mystery bolt That I cannot remember where it goes. M6x 70 or so.  Hex head with a flat washer.I will try to attach a pic.
Pic is no go for now....Cox issue I will try again later

So I decided to pick up a small trailer if I could get one for the right price.  I found this one for a few hundred bucks on Craig’s list.  It is  a galvanized trailer which is exactly what I was looking for. The wood was shot and needed some minor repairs which I could care less about as long as the chassis was good.
I striped it down and put a new deck on. I had some vinyl realtree graphics that I had laying around so I added them to the fenders which I think worked out well. Very happy with this little guy.
I'm having the iron workers at my jobmake me up a few lightweight side rails that will have a 22 degree bend in them to accommodate the tires that slightly hang over the edge and will incorporate some tie down points as well.
