2000 Suzuki 160 LT Carburetor Settings

What are the starting point settings for the carb for this machine? Thanks Bruce

Hopefully someone has a manual on this for you. I looked around and could not find the info for you.

22.5 pilot jet, 87.5 main jet, start with the needle clip in the middle position, and the pilot screw 1 1/2 to 2 turns out. That should get you started, then fine tune it from there. If you really want to know what the actual factory settings are, you would be best off getting a repair manual, you should probably have one anyway if you are going to be working on it yourself.

Turn air screw all the way in then back out oneand half turn,it will start then turn in each direction til it runs rough o r i.. dels down.Then turn to middle .If the carb is not stopped up or plug fould it should run
