An Act to amend the Off-Road Vehicle Act, was introduced in the New Brunswick Legislature, on February 14, 2007, by Public Safety Minister John Foran. All children under 14 years of age are banned from riding off-road vehicles if this new legislation unveiled by the provincial Liberal government, is passed.
