the riding today was GREAT, ur right about 2 mins is all it took, and the knee feels great, got some sun today 2, ouch lol

well i get to ride starting on July 12th but i cant do any  jumping or rough riding, doc said to take it easy, BLEH lol but we will see

hey whats up and thanks for the welcome and yeah about the pic when i crashed my moms quad, yeah she took the pic. but its all good the only thing that was broken was the whip mount but i bought her a new 1. ttyl. Laterz
