Recently, Jonathan has been repairing & reassembling a client's 1983 Big Red Honda ATC200E. In this video, he gives an overview of how he approached diagnosing the ATC and creating a plan for the project.

Good video.  I had two of them trikes. They were 1985 and an 86.  We bought them new way way back in the day. When my uncle was around.  We used them for hunting, great bikes but rolled real easy. That’s why they banned them here shortly after 1989 I think. 

The 86 was the Big Red. They are both still upstate just sitting there doing nothing.  The new owner just lets them sit.

Hey Frank, I don't have much experience riding the three wheelers, but can easily understand the rolling possibility on the times I have ridden them. They seem to be fun and simple units, which probably helps with reliability.

They do well on the flat area around the shop. I don't think I'd want to side-hill on one though.

That's the worst when a neglected unit is just left sitting outside. The tires go flat and rot, the carburetor builds up corrosion, battery goes bad, and so on..
