I build houses New Construction houses Orange County real estate Ulster County Sullivan County hudson Valley homes for sale houses for sale New York Realtor homes houses property land foreclosures although i need to update that site, i am also a real estate broker and do much of my own excavating. Heavy equipment is my background..

So my days are always different, might have to make the rounds and check on job sites, or dig a foundation, put in a septic system and or dig a water line, could be meeting with current buyers on one of my houses or prospective buyers. Some days i just drive around all day looking at land which is pretty much like site seeing and hiking.

Construction is what i know:wink:

If you had to choose one mod that you couldn't live without, or had to recommend one what would it be?

So here where I live in Newfoundland Canada, they let you drive your bike on the road provided it’s registered and insured same goes for crossing highways but on trails you don’t need to be insured. And I don’t even think you need a full license to insure your bike they said it was up to the insurance company. I’m trying to get my old 1985 Suzuki 250 registered they have to do a search for it to make sure it hasn’t been in anyone else’s name first. Hopefully it comes back clean I am pretty excited

I've been using Valvolene 10w 40 ATV oil but, it's like $8.00 a quart. Is that about the going rate? Or is there cheaper alternatives that would be suitable? Thanks
