Two Brothers Racing Announces An Industry First: Online Custom Exhaust Design Center

Orange County, California - December 2008

Through their popular website, www.twobros.com, Two Brothers Racing now offers their customers the chance to design and personalize their own exhaust system. Customization options include choosing the muffler canister type as well as the color and material combinations on all of the individual components, even the bolts! Customers can choose between several logo badge styles and even add their name, racing number or their own special text.

"This is a very exciting time for Two Brothers Racing," Jeff Whitten, Vice President of TBR said. "As a company of racers, riders and enthusiasts, we appreciate the desire for innovative styling in performance products. Riders want to stand out from the crowd and our Custom Exhaust Design Center allows on and off-road motorcycle, ATV, UTV and scooter enthusiasts the opportunity to add their own style to our high performance exhaust."

With their online tool, TBR has opened a custom design shop that users can access anytime, anywhere with quick turnaround and easy purchasing options. Buyers can purchase their custom exhaust directly from their favorite TBR dealer or online from www.twobros.com. And it couldn't be easier to use.

Customers simply select the make and model of their machine, pick the material for the canister (Aluminum, Titanium or Carbon Fiber) based on performance needs and style preferences and then click through different component color combinations until they come up with their own perfect look. Add in a personalized logo badge with their name and number-or pick from other badge designs-and their done.

The Custom Exhaust Design Center is open now and can be seen at www.twobros.com or by checking with your local Two Brothers Racing dealer.

      Hi all,

Picked up my first Brute Force yesterday. What should have been an awesome afternoon of riding turn a bit into a deception. As I was unable to really take it out for a test drive at the shop, I decided to buy it and agreed that I would take the test drive at home.
When giving full throttle I noticed that the Brute was choking and lost all of its powers. Faulty fuel pump most likely.
Called the shop and the are coming to pick it up and repair it and bring it back. Good service. Nevertheless feels a bit sour in the mouth as I was told it was a 100% good.
Need to have some patience I now before I can really start riding.
      Cheers,
      Erik

I bought my big bear in 2009, never had a bit of problem with it until last year. It quit starting but still would click when I tried to start it. I replaced the solenoid, the cdi module ( it was burned on one corner) and this year replaced the battery. I have all lights but still will not start and I do not have the clicking when I try to start it. Can anyone give me any ideas what to try next? I haven't had any luck finding videos about the 2008 Big Bear. I'm trying to avoid the expense of sending it to the shop.

Hi I just got an Polaris sportsman 500 4x4 ATV the other day. I got it real cheap but I started to go into it because it didn't have compression so I bought a new piston and ring kit for it and installed it, but now when I try to start it all it does is shoot fire out the exhaust or the intake of the carburetor. And a timing is top dead center.;I think I can't really tell another way if it is or not. when I put it together I made sure to piston was on top and the cam lobes where facing down where are the cam sprocket is facing up. It has gas and spark. It did start a couple minutes ago but it didn't stay running and now it won't start. Do you think the valve need to be adjusted more to close better?I'm fixing to try that out and if that don't work what is the problem? Also I made sure everything was together good and right and change the oil and changed out the radiator fluid.
