The ride from hell...... <GRIN>

Some of you know my health hasn't been that great; I haven't ridden in a while and finally had a chance to get out last weekend for an "easy" ride...

NOT! LOL!!!!!

Long story short, I had to bench press a Kawie Prairie out of mud ruts TWICE, and our riding buddy blew THREE tires off their beads, PLUS he blew a tie rod......

The video isn't all that exciting.......8:00 in is yours truly winching someone out of a creak......not exhilarating, but if you're bored, and have nothing to do for 10 minutes, give it a peek....

Who was having the trouble?

Friend of ours...Pete....goes by Rrocke17 on The ATV Zone....

I was bench pressing his wife's quad in the mud bog while Pete was getting towed by another friend of ours.....

4 Kawies (3 BF's, 1 Prairie)........

Hell....we were cracking up the whole time! :D

Come on up, here to Michigan, with so many great trails, covering half our state! So many trails it would take a life time, to explore them all! Get with me and lets plan a trip, where I can save you years of trying to find the best of the trails, towns, restaurants, lakes, hill climbs, campgrounds, so much clean sand, you'll think your riding in Arizona lol!
Summer will be here, before you know it!
If your over 50, so as to have more in common, join me, and lets ride!
      Thanks, Steve

      Hey All,
Looking for some recommendations on an ATV for my Daughters-in-law to ride when they visit with my sons. We ride mostly woods trails. It needs to be fairly easy to ride, automatic is't necessary but shifting should be forgiving and it needs to be under $2000. I have a Banshee and a Polaris Sportsman 500HO now.
One DIL is tiny, 5' and about 100lbs, the other is about 5'8" and 130lbs. I'm concerned that steering on the Sportsman may require too much upper body strength and the Banshee is definitely not a beginner's ride.
I'm thinking about a Warrior (may be under powered) or a Honda 400EX but I'd love to hear what others might suggest?
      Thanks!

Went for a ride at Murdock Basin, which is on the South side of the Uinta Mountains. I hadn't been there in about 13 yrs & I had forgotten just how rocky this area is. I did ride some trails I hadn't ridden before & even found one short ATV trail.
I had the "Check Engine - Transmission Signal Fault" message, but the bike never did go into limp mode, so I just kept riding & a little while later, the message disappeared, so all is good. I did check the wires when I got home & put some dielectric grease on the connection thou.
Over all, it was a great day of rid'in, I hope you enjoy the video.

We went for a ride in the day and enjoyed a good old fashioned "North of Seven" party with a few local bands that evening.
I decided to mesh the two together.
