To start it off, I'd like to share the bakery display cases I made for my wife. I'm sure ya'll have some impressive stories behind those HF tools, let's see 'em!
I built these bakery display cases for wife on almost 100% HF tools a couple years ago. Only thing I bought from Home Depot was the wood/plywood/stains and 3 sawhorses for my workbench. Router, circsaw, blades for both, sander, sandpaper, gloves, the nails for the nailgun (gun borrowed from dad, have a 5# pancake for air) I had almost zero tools to start.
Some of their cheap "speed" clamps failed, but first time for me using those types of clamps, was expecting them to hold better:
heh my youngest helping my dad glue:
and for fun, here was the finished project (1 of 2, built 2 cases, this is the smaller .. the plastic was from Tap Plastics for the "sneeze guards" and the top case):

Im new on the site and making my introduction with this. Im Rick and I just bought a 91 bayou 220a for $125. Its been treated rough but is still complete and functional with the exception of not being able to run long before it locks up. I Have to manually turn back the crank to get it to fire again. I didnt hear any knocking or anything, it sounded good til it locked again. Im getting ready to pull and crack the case open and have a peek.
Just a little ride with my daughter to charge the batterys and give the dogs a run the small kick near the start @ part 1. is my girl & I following some Green Sea turtle tracks to see where its nest is so we can come back in three months and hope fully watch them running across the beach back to the water
I finally found an awsome app for your phone that shows you on a map all the trails near your location. You can read or add reviews, look at picts...etc
Its called: atv escape

I just picked up a 2003 Yamaha Big Bear 400 project and figured I would join your site and learn a thing or two.
It wants to start but has been sitting for 2 years in a shed. I grabbed it from my neighbor and set about ordering parts for it off Amazon, to include: Petcock, battery and a starter relay since it does not start with the push button.
I am a car guy, but this is my first ATV and since I am on 5 acres, it will come in handy, especially with the 4x4 on command option.
Thanks for having me and I look forward to contributing to the site as well.

New to the group here and new to quads. Just picking up a 94 Kodiak 400 that needs work and I have found these groups to be very helpful and informative. I have a lot of bikes that I have built, repaired and kept running with the help of various forums and am looking forward to diving into this quad with everyones help.
Thanks for being here
bought a non running 200x I assume to be 83-85. Told by PO that it stopped running suddenly, now kick start is jammed. I assume timing chain called it a day. Bought for my daughter to do a mild resto. I run Rokon's and old Wr430 Huskys myself.
Any thoughts, ideas and randon knowledge is always appreciated.
