I would call or visit a Suzuki dealer and talk to a service tech, hopefully you find a friendly one who won't mind sharing info with you. Or you could try using your search engine on your web browser to find some info on cam/valve timing for your machine. Or wait a day or two and see if someone here who owns a similar machine can help you.

I came across an odd temporary fix for a 1985 yamaha 80 ATV.  It has no spark, yet if I warm the CDI unit up a bit with a heat gun or hair dryer then it fires right up and runs fine until shut off then it returns to no spark until warmed up again. Partzilla shows $217 for a new CDI
It's sort of nuts how I found out the fix to warm it up. My old shop TV requires my heat gun warm up around the transformer area every day before it will turn on too.

Hi, I am having the hardest time figuring out where and how to line up the flywheel for TDC on my sons 2019 Sportsman. The older models where much easier and the identification marks are self explanatory but this ones different and I can’t find a service manual. Any help would be awesome?
