I bought this ATV from a friend who had it stored in their shed for a few years. I've been going through it getting things ready to fire it back up and get it driving around. So far I've changed out fluids, removed and cleaned gas tank. I am waiting on a fuel fitting to be ready to able to put the gas tank back on and fire up the engine. I'll follow up once I get to that point with whether or not that went smoothly.
Right now however I've got a brake problem. The brakes were locked up. I took the brake line off the master cylinder and made sure that it wasn't locked up, it works. I proceeded to try and flush them no luck. Then I just disconnected the brake lines. They appear to be blocked up. I don't know if the hose portions deteriorated or what. I've found the front left and right brake lines, although $70-80 each doesn't make me happy... I can't find anyone selling the rear brake line 1930751 or the primary 1930760 that goes to the inverted flare cross fitting. This leads me to wonder if I should buy parts and tools to make my own brake lines.
      Two questions:
If I should decide to make my own can you point me to any tutorials out there on doing that and what size are these lines with the flared fittings?
Can anyone else find the two brake lines i listed for sale somewhere?

I can’t decide on which bag to get for my rear rack. I ordered a Coleman bag and it has mixed reviews. What do you guys think? I’m on a budget so keep that in mind

Hey all. Anyone have any ideas of fabricating an air snorkel for a 2005 TRX500FM and all venting extensions required as well? Thanks in advance Don

It’s kind of ATV related question as I need new trailer tires to tow my 4 wheeler.
Does anybody have any experience with loadstar 12” trailer tires ?
There is not to many choices for trailer tires here in Ontario and I was wandering if somebody can recommend me something.

Hi, I’m new to the forum. I have a large trailer, about 7500 lbs loaded, that I need to move around in my driveway. I was planning to buy a motorized trailer dolly, but it occurred to me that perhaps and ATV could do it, and then I could not only move the trailer but also have the ATV for the fun of it!
I’m wondering if anyone knows if an ATV can move a trailer this size? The tongue weight is about 750 lbs, and I’d only be moving it very slowly in a small space on almost level concrete and gravel.

      Hi everyone,
I am an emergency physician and I'm writing a chapter on ATV injuries for a Wilderness Medicine textbook (here's the link to the previous edition if you're interested.)
I am asking for your help for photographs for the chapter. Here's what I need:
      1) Photos of different types of ATVs
      2) Photos of these ATVs in action
      3) Photos of these ATVs crashing
      4) Photos of injuries that occurred as a result of these crashes. If you have copies of the x-rays or CT scans that were obtained due to these injuries, all the better.
I do not stand to profit from these images whatsoever. I don't get paid to write the chapter, nor do I receive any royalties from the book sales. All I get is an electronic copy of the book. Thus, I can't offer you any type of remuneration for the photos, but if I use one of your pics I can email you a .pdf of the photo in the chapter once it is published. Also, I can credit you in the book, e.g. "Photo courtesy of John Doe."
Needless to say, you'll have to consent to the photo and your likeness to be reproduced in the book-- no worries, no lawyers or fancy paperwork involved.
You can email the photos directly to [email protected], or PM me if needed.
Thanks so much in advance for your help!
      Todd
