I just put on a HMF Swamp Series on my Grizzly and am very happy with it. What year is your Timberwolf?

I have a 1995 Timberwolf 250 2x4 and it still has the original exhaust on it and its not to loud and then on the other hand its not real silent. If I was to replace mine other than a major performance or noise reason I would put on the original again and the cost through the dealer is only about $150.00.

Disconnected the plow yesterday on my 2004 Yamaha Grizzly 660 and am getting ready to do some riding yesterday and the battery went weak, Starter cranked a few times but week. Put my trickle charger on that I bought and went to the garage today to start it up, but the starter is just spinning and not engaging. The solenoid is clicking. The pull start sucks and is hard to pull (never use it and need to look into that). Quick video of the starter spinning. Could it be the starter or  the starter clutch one-way bearing? I guess I need to take the cover off to see what's going on.

Being confined to the farm with the corona virus pandemic, I have started working on long abandoned projects.  I have a 95 Yamaha Moto 4 350 and the CDI box went bad (I think).  Finally broke down and spent the money for a new one.  It had the same part number as the old one, but the old box as 2 extra wires on the pig tail and not all the wire colors with the new box match the old box, so I'm not sure how to hook it up.  Have searched the internet on and off for some time but can't seem to find anyone who can help.  Does anyone out there know enough that they would try to help me?

I have a 1998 Big bear 350...the tail pipe/spark arrestor is broke in the exhaust....how can I get it out to replace it? And what's the best way to get the new one in?

Hey all, I work for a fleet shop and we have a lifeguard ATV its a Kawasaki brute force 650. Its back firing through one carb more than the other one and back firing through the exhaust. Starts up and idles good, once you start giving it throttle it acts as if its starving for fuel. This thing gets tons of beach sand thrown at it 24/7. Things that have been replaced are:
both new carbs, new fuel pump, new plugs.
Things that have been checked: Compression is good - in range (high end of the range) also have ohm'd the coils and the resistance is within spec in the service manual. Fuel pick up is clean, no debris or restriction there. Does any body have any other ideas what it could be? Thanks for any input

Let’s talk noise! I’ve just got my 350 Big Bear running smoothly with lots of power. But…a wee bit NOISEY! Bought a new baffle and am ready to install it, question is, do I need to re-pack the muffler before installation? Or can I re-pack?
