Usually stamped by the oil fill area I think.

Funny though. I have a Suzuki LT185 Quad that says 1100cc. Took about 1500cc of oil to be full.

not exactly shure but should be 2 to 3 quarts ... is there a little window (site window) to see if it has oil in it ? or does it haxe a dip stick that shows if its full ... some of them had 1 or the other ...

If it's the same as a 1987 Kawasaki Bayou 300, the oil capacity is 1.8 quarts.

my86 says 1.7L I just rebuilt mine and put about 2.6L

I just changed the oil and filter in my 98 and it held about 2 1/3 quarts.

Mine is marked 1.7L but took more than that with a filter change.
