well now thank you thank you .... :notworthy: but please stop

i joined this site a year ago because i was on other sites :bangheadc: where you could post a problem and wait days for a reply, if you got one at all ... :cuss:c and watch the views of people that read your problem and couldn't give their two cents ... :comp10: i'd rather get two cents worth than nothing at all  so i give my two cents right or wrong because people will at least get the feeling SOMEONE noticed, then i run to swampcat or ck or quadnut or our carb queen or whoever else is well versed in a particular brand and/or area and :prod: them until they post something or give me an answer

it's a fun site :partyc: and a great cast of members here that know alot and aren't afraid to share. and that you just gotta love :grouphugc:

keeping it interesting ? :cute: i guess  blame that on the location and isolation :nopityc:

geeez, this is going to look like a gunny post :wiggle:

i'm just having fun and learning alot from everybody here too, so everyone deserves a pat on the back :ola:

so, thank you cheriah for making this post for me :blush5c:

I have to agree that oxidized_black has been a real contributor here and I see him helping people left and right. I've been here since the early days and have seen people come and go, but only a handful as helpful as ox and none online as often as I have seen him here lately!

That's what really makes this place great, it's the help people can get, and not a month later...like on other sites.

QUADCRAZY is lucky to have such great members and contributors like oxidized_black!

I'm wanting to try and get the machine on blocks. I just want to verify my AWD is working. How do most of you go about doing this. I want to be safe since it will be in gear with hopefully, all wheels spinning. Thanks! 🙂

Hello folks, I have a Polaris 500 Scrambler. Not positive I need a new battery.  The folks I got the ride from said they put a new battery on it right before selling it to me. It's been a couple cold months before I tried starting it. After jumping it now, I let it idle plus revved it quite a bit for about 20 minutes. Then I shut it off and tried to restart barely turns over and that's it? Am I not giving it enough charge time maybe need to actually ride it? The battery on it is a Continental CTX9-BX. I lf a new battery is needed would maybe Amazon have a decent one? Thanks!

Hey all, Thanks for having me in the forum. I just purchased my first ATV and am stoked to understand more about it.

The first stupid question will be, what is everyone's maintenance schedule? DO yo follow the recommended intervals or build one yourself based on the machine.

      Thanks in advance.

I just heard Tommie Smothers died, I watched his show in the 60s, it was a great show one of the best. He will be missed, if not for Mom liked you best, then definately for YOYO MAN and his state of YO.

Hey guys, I’m new to the forum. What I got is a 2001 Yamaha Bear Tracker 250, got it as a project on trade and the problem I’m dealing with is a “no spark” problem and been trying to hunt down the cause for two weeks. I’ve replaced the stator, pick up coil, CDI, wiring harness, ignition, coil pack, spark plug, solenoid, battery, etc. and I’m still not getting any luck. Even tried bypassing the kill switch. I also noticed two things on this quad, another CDI under the back plastic by the voltage regulator, and a blue and green wire coming from the motor behind  the foot shift, tried to hook it up but it broke off and I’m thinking the broken wire would cause it to have no spark, if not then I need someone’s help on this and wanna see if I can get spark again. If anyone knows why I have this problem, the help would be greatly appreciated.
