Just wondering if there was a trick to ajust the pilot screw lol. I have a 94 suzuki 250 quadrunner and you really can't get a screw driver inbetween the motor and carb.

Hey guys, figure you guys would have some helpful direction or answers.
So, 05 Sportsman 700 carb, new carb, fuel pump, new plugs, new air filter, new everything I can think of that is usually the running issues. Starts up fine, seems to run fine, but if under load, two people, or even one person, up a hill, or pulling a drag chain for the driveway, it starts to cut out and sputters and loses all power, until I back off on the throttle and just barely try to let itself catch itself and then I can take off again.
I am going crazy trying to figure this thing out. Other than that, the quad runs great. Parents bought bran new, just used around the property, 5000 miles on it. Any ideas???

Hi, I'm a newbie on here.  I just got a 2007 Suzuki KingQuad LT-A450X.  Are there any specific issues to look for on this model?  Any specific maintenance to do other than the usual oil and filter changes?
      Thanks

So i took a road trip today to look at a Suzuki Eiger! 2006 in perfect condition other then the fact it starts for 30 seconds and shuts down.
Its been sitting for about a year in a shed.
It has a plow and a winch included!!!
Got it for a really good price and all looks good so far.

      Stay tuned.

Yamaha Australia has announced it will discontinue selling Utility ATVs due to new Australian government legislation that requires the mandatory fitment of so-called Operator Protective Devices (OPDs), YMA will not sell utility ATVs after the government compliance deadline of 11 October 2021.
“The decision to make the fitment of OPDs compulsory is disappointing. The ruling has forced us to withdraw utility ATVs from the Australian market because as a manufacturer we are not willing to gamble with our customers lives by bolting untested devices onto our specifically engineered and designed ATVs,” explains YMA Director Brad Ryan.
As the market leader in this segment, Yamaha recognises that utility ATVs are an important part of farm operations and will comply with stage one of the new consumer legislation. This includes testing and the fitment of warning labels by Oct 2020. This will ensure that Yamaha ATVs remain available until October 2021.
After this date customers will not be able to purchase a new Yamaha utility ATV in Australia – but sport and youth models will continue to be available. This is because new sport and fun ATVs do not need to be fitted with OPDs. In addition, side-by-side vehicles (SSVs) are not affected by this ruling, so YMA will support our utility ATV dealers and ease the transition from ATV to AG bike and SSV business.
“Fortunately, our utility ATV customers can transition to our equally capable lineup of AG bikes and expanding SSV range,” adds YMA Director Brad Ryan.
Customer safety has always been our priority. YMA has provided market leading rider training and promoted proven safety methods. YMA also helped develop the Shark ATV helmet which is the only fully certified farm safe ATV helmet available. YMA feels so strongly about customer safety that purchasers of new Yamaha utility vehicles will receive a free Shark farm safe helmet valued at $250 while stocks last.
YMA is also fully committed to customer care via a national dealer network that will continue to service ATVs and with the supply of parts and accessories into the future.

I am unable to find the default mixture screw setting for this Mikuni BSR33 carb. The screw only unscrews 4 turns and does not unthread out of the carb, (no way to clean it). When I took the carb apart to clean it the screw was set at 1 turn out. I bought this unit when it was only a few months old from a friend so I know it is the original carb. I know most carbs are set at 2.5 turns out, but would like to find out what this specific carb should be set for.

Does anyone know how or what kinda of tool to use to ajust the pilot screw on a 94 250 suzuki quadrunner. It seems that you can't get anything between the carb and the motor. I belive it should be turned out 2 1/2 turns out is this correct? Thx

When seating the fuel mixture screw is it supposed to protrude slightly? I can see the tip sticking out. Im just wondering if what I think is seat is actually to far in. Should it be below the surface already when I begin backing out 2-2 1/4 reset?

      Hi all,
I have a 2007 king quad 450 with starting/idle/power problems. My two boys had a go at it while I was away at work and now I found that the idle air screw was removed and I don't know about setting it up. I want to set this before I start on the other problems. New fuel pump, new injector, new foam air filter, error code reads -C00. Any help would be appreciated.
