Hi, I got a check engine light and a diagnostic code 520194 2 and i know it has something to do with throttle voltage out of range
I'd like to know if thats something that can be adjusted ? Or does anybody know what should i test  ?  I just bought this atv and I'm fixing it as its been in an accident.
I also changed throttle leaver as original one was broken and I noticed inside the 4x4 selector assembly there are 2 contacts but I'm not sure if they're suppose to make contact at idle. I found some info online but some are saying they're suppose to touch and some say they're not. I think id depends of the year of the machine but I'm not sure. I'd really appreciate any help that i can get with this
      Thanks

Installed new battery was told that’s what was wrong when hit start button I hear 1 click then nothing?  Can the battery just not have enough amps to crank the starter the first time ? I trickle charged it overnight thought it was enough!

      Hey there,
The short of it: I'm getting a single click when I hit the start, and nothing else.
The long: I'm a new owner to a 94 Timberwolf. I inherited it with the understanding that it needed a battery. It started without the battery when jumped, so I know it does work. I got the appropriate battery, charged it, and its reading 12.7V. Installed it, and all I'm getting is that click. Cleaned the carburetor today and reinstalled under someones advice, but still nothing. I'm gonna take the battery in to autozone to get it checked, and I was going to head to the spark plug next. But like I say, I'm new to this. Thanks for any and all advice.

Sunny conditions made for a great day of racing as Wienen Motorsports/Yamaha/Maxxis/SSi Decals/Walsh Racecraft/FLY Racing’s Chad Wienen and Maxxis/Liquid Wrench/Elka Suspension/Honda’s Joel Hetrick went head-to-head for the coveted National Championship.

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and I need a little help. I bent my lone star steering stem and bought a roll design +1 stem. I can't get the tie rod ends out of the old stem. My buddy said I ruined the tie rod ends by popping the grease gaskets. Now can I use any brand tie rod ends on my lone star tie rods or do they have to be lone star brand? The guy at the dealership said they have to be lone star, but I don't see the difference. Any help would be appreciated

      Wide Rear Ends - YFZ450 Axle Install - How-To

Do It YourselfIn our October 2007 issue, we had just finished installing a set of wide A-arms on our Project YFZ450. To complement the width of the front end, we also received a rear axle from Leager Racing. Many people wonder: "Since the front of the quad is already wider after you do an A-arm install, will adding a wider axle really make that big of a difference?" Well, yes it does.
