91 Suzuki quad runner 230 getting no spark to the spark plug

I'm not getting any spark to the spark plug and I'm not getting any power to the cdi or the stator either need help trying to get this bike going for my dad for the woods any help would be appreciated thanks

Yeah, looking at the bike bandit parts breakout I only see one fuse. There is an engine running check on the stator for voltage out. Supposed to be 55 volts AC from each of the three wires. You might want to check while cranking to see if you get any juice at all. Otherwise, check your wiring and connectors. Especially for chafes to the frame.

      Hello everyone! I recently purchased this quad for a mere 300.00 and it is pretty clean for the year. I bought it from a guy who bought it in a storage unit. He didn’t know anything about it. I got it home and noticed it did not have an ignition coil for the spark plug. I bought the ignition coil, a new battery, new CDI box, new starter relay, new safety neutral relay, new carb and so on... I got it to turn over, but when I pull the plug and check for spark I have nothing.. it has a non factory starter button that works when I push it and turns the engine over no matter if the key or stop switch is on or off..not sure what that’s all about, but it does turn over..just no spark at the plug. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

      Picked up my first Brute Force yesterday. What should have been an awesome afternoon of riding turn a bit into a deception. As I was unable to really take it out for a test drive at the shop, I decided to buy it and agreed that I would take the test drive at home. 
      When giving full throttle I noticed that the Brute was choking and lost all of its powers. Faulty fuel pump most likely. 
      Called the shop and the are coming to pick it up and repair it and bring it back. Good service. Nevertheless feels a bit sour in the mouth as I was told it was a 100% good. 
      Need to have some patience I now before I can really start riding.

      I have replaced the cdi box,spark plug,coil and stator but still no spark.

      Hi I was riding my Honda the other day and I gave it gas for about a quarter-mile just flooring it and then it started to lose power. I pushed it about a mile home which was a pain in the butt but when I got home It still had gas, compression and spark. Do you think the timing jumped possibly?

      I need to know what I have and what tire really go on it, Mine has 24x11x10 on the back and 22x8x10 on the front and I need new tire but I don't think are the right size. Also I can't find the model number listed but it looks like a 250 quadrunner 2wd and I think it is a 1987 maybe, can anyone help me, also I it has a rich running sound and I put a carb diap in it and cleaned the carb. is there a jet needing replaced?

      Here's what just came out of the old '11 700 Grizz...



      The pics indicate some kind of build up on 3 surfaces...the base ring, and on both the electrode and ceramic opposite where the strap attaches. What condition does this suggest?
      Also, this article...
      How to read Racing Spark Plugs - Dragstuff
      indicates since there's no color change in the middle of the ground strap that there's some type of temp problem. Or does this not apply as the article is talking about racing spark plugs?

      Feul pump went out. Replaced. At times quad cuts out like its not getting gas. Saw article on new pump needs to be calibrated. Told how to go into a service mode. Does not tell how to calibrate after going into mode. Can anyone shed light on this procedure.

      Somehow I lost all of my spark on my 350Big Bear, its a 1990. It ran well for maybe 3 days! Thought it was the carb. Cleaned it 4 times. It was losing power at midrange. Got worse and worse. Finally nothing!
      Are these good coils? I was thinking I could swap?
      2002 Honda-200cc: primary 0.4(ohm-200) secondary 9.0(ohm20k)
      1990 Yamaha-350cc: primary 0.8 secondary 11.0
