Sorry to hear about your situation.  I just get frustrated, if half of the people that looked at this post would have donated just $10 I would have met my goal of $500 in donations.

I thank you very much for your support and best of luck in your battle.

I wouldn't get too upset about the number of visits the page got. Most are probably guests or just the " one question and I'm gone" members.  I'm sure the usual crowd on here would do something, just gotta wait till they get on here.

My chrones is alright right now . I had a total collectomy in 91 on valentines day lol. Lucky me. Just on meds now ,but the modification takes some getting use too lol.

Good luck!!! Like the bike btw

Fartknocker, great idea for the demo.  I didn't realize you could still get a warranty on an ATV demo but that sounds like a nice way to go.

Yup. Did that 3 times . My 98 sportsman 500 was a demo ,my 09 850xpeps was a demo and my 11 pro r 800 (sled) also demo lol. Would always try to go that route . My sled retailed at 15k,I paid 10k plus still got full warranty.

  3. I always try to finace. Payment is usually peanuts ,plus you can finace extended warranty into it. I'd rather have the money in the bank for other things. The dealers I've always dealt with offered in house financing, but you could always look at a personal loan for the difference, and add on your 2k. Line of credit would probably be the best bet. Also ,unless you are 100% sure of the atv you want, shop around for a demo.. get a great instant discount  and still get full warranty.

  4. Phase 1.. we have a problem.  I think it's a stupid idea

Textron Off Road announced on Wednesday that it will be releasing its first side-by-side as the result of the Arctic Cat merger in the spring of 2018. The Wildcat XX will feature a 125-hp Triple 998 engine, 17.5 inches of front and rear suspension travel, King Shocks, KMC 15-inch wheels, 30-inch tires, full doors and a race-inspired ROPS.

It was also formally announced that Textron Off Road will be the name of all dirt product going forward, while Arctic Cat’s sub-brands Wildcat, Prowler and Alterra will remain under the Textron Off Road Brand. Arctic Cat will be the snow brand only, going forward.
Arctic Cat originally announced that the Wildcat XX would be made available in the fall of this year, however, Textron Off Road wants more time to perfect the model, reported John Collins, vice president — Consumer, of Textron Specialized Vehicles. Textron Off Road is aiming for a spring 2018 debut, though the release could come earlier, if the model is ready before then.

Textron Off Road will also be revealing a yet-to-be-named 100-plus horsepower side-by-side with class-leading suspension and an extended cab this fall. That vehicle was in development by Textron before the Arctic Cat acquisition.
These announcements were made Wednesday at an event in the Dallas, Texas, area. There, Textron Specialized Vehicles staff introduced media and about 50 dealers in attendance to the new Textron Off Road and Arctic Cat. The event was also simulcast to Textron Specialized Vehicles and Arctic Cat dealers across North America, as well as Textron Specialized Vehicles staff in Georgia and Minnesota. Textron Specialized Vehicles acquired Arctic Cat in March.

I'm the same way, my pc is always on and I just move the mouse and go to site. This reply is because I received an email notification and saw it from my phone, and lately have been using my iPhone 5 to just reply on this site and it's auto logged me in, so it's very easy. Sometimes I use Tapatalk. The auto correct on my phone is driving me crazy though...lol.

I find Tapatalk kinda irritating lol

I find the puter is more convenient.  I thought it would be nice to sit by the campfire and post online, but found it was easier to ride back to the house and do it from the computer, then return to the fire.

If I'm out with friends, then I wouldn't think of posting.  If I'm riding, I won't be posting.  If I'm shopping, I'm not posting.  If I'm driving, I'm not posting.  The only time I would think of posting is when I'm by my computer.

How can you beat a 36" monitor and fullsize keyboard?  It seems much more convenient to me.  Even my laptop is easier.  Of course, my machines are always on, so maybe that's why it's easier for me.  I just wiggle the mouse and start typing.

The wife is normally on the home putter (business stuff)so I haven't got much of a choice doing the phone thingy lol.  I find its way to easy to post while waiting in a line up ,on break at work or just wherever.  Became normal for me

My thoughts while reading this are that I know absolutely nothing about snowmobiles but now want to know more. Is that 160 HP? what's the top speeds?

160 hp,yes. Top speed of the average 160hp sled is around 110mph.  Highest recall on my 800 pro r was 111 . Mines only 150hp, but it hooks hard and pulls like crazy. Skis come up 6inchs if you hammer it at 70mph lol. The new 4stroke turbos are good for 200 hp stock, can get up over 300 hp ,and do around 115 mph stock
