I went to the Costa Mesa 2010 Sand Sport Show today. It was great. I have never seen such trick stuff. Sunday is the last day. If you have a chance you should go!

08' Honda 400ex, loose rear brake rotor/axel lock nut & collar
SCRider replied to ejrbansheeguy's topic in Honda ATV Forum
I replaced the axel in my son's 05 400EX. I used some thread locker on the threads and used two large wrenches on the nuts to lock them inplace. Good luck. -
Great pictures! We have been talking about going to Arizona to visit friends and go riding. I am more excited now to go. I have been to Quartz Site and it was great. I will check out the links you have on you first post. Thanks, Bill

Good job! It looks and sounds great! I'm still stock on mine. Maybe someday.

I like your way the best and it sounds fun. I never see any creeks here in the desert. I hope someday to be able to ride other places other than here. Bill

Hi, I am glad to say I don't have that problem here, the cold that is. When I clean the quads and Rhino I take a garden sprayer and mix up Simple Green and water. Then I spray everything with it. Let is sit for just a few minutes then hose it off. Then I can hit is with a rag and soap and it comes out great.

No they don't all fit. I had to sell 2 of them. I get the Rhino and 2 quads in. My son-n-law trucks his quad out when he can go.

Do You Use An ATV Safety (Whip) Flag?
SCRider replied to quadcrazy's topic in General ATV Discussion
Yes I use them. I have the LED type. In California the BLM and the State are starting to require them on ATVs. I like it on the night rides also. -
That is to cool! I will have to put that on my work computer. I have never been able to pass by bubble wrap with out popping at leat 5!:biglaugh:

:laugh:Welcome Nate, those are great pictures. I hope to ride in the snow someday. Good job on your first quad. That is a mean looking machine.

If the bungee cord does not work try a couple of the large hose clamps. The ones you tighten with a screwdriver. You will find them in the plumbing section. They have them for 3 to 8 inch pipe. Let us know if you get it fixed.

I started riding when I was 11, 1966. I had a Honda 50. Then in 1970 I got a Kawasaki 175. Then in 1974 got married and bought a street bike, Honda 750. In 1977 no more wife and bike. 1979 out of debt and went to 3 wheels. Yamaha Tri-moto 125 and got married again. 1980 1/2 not marred and bought Yamaha Tri-moto 225. 1985 moved to 4 wheels a Suzuki 230 sport. 1987 bought a Yamaha Warrior. 1993 got married to a great woman who loves to camp and ride. 1995 bought a Yamaha 225 Bear Tracker for my wife. 1997 bought a Honda Forman 450 for me. 2004 bought a Honda 250 quad for my son then in 2005 bought him the Honda 400EX. 2006 bought my wife, and me, a Rhino. And in 2007 bought me a Yamaha Wolverine 450. I still love to ride, just not a fast. We go every chance we get.
