  1. Im sorry i thought you wrote bypassed the fuel pump. Well it would not be electrical if it has spark. Is the float set properly? When you rebuild the carburetor was it all set right? Also was the oil bypass line capped off now that its bypassed ? It could be sucking in air.
Double check that the throttle has no wires going into it. It would be a rev limiter but i don't think they had rev limiters that early.

  2. Hey  @Kyle Meadows welcome to Quadcrazy. If compression was good and the engine/atv overall is in good shape the only common denominator here is the fuel pump.  I know fuel is getting into the carburetor bowl  and the engine will start up however the amount of fuel getting back into the carburetor is not sufficient.  So in essence the engine is running out of fuel before the bowl can fill back up.
Thats why the atv has a pump!
I would locate a new pump and install it as it should be and i have a feeling the engine will run fine.
Thats my guess on what's happening anyway.

  3. Yes sir @Ajmboy, Motrin and Tylenol are a must have. We have been making it a point to keep this thing stocked and rotating as a standard from now on even after this is all over.  We should have done this years ago. I have always had the chest freezer but having the bigger fridge instead is a home run. Allows me to store more beer 🍺  My daughter loves the Ramin, don't  know why but she does for a few years now.
This pantry thing is new to us so we are trying to perfect it.  We always kept minimal and ran out to the store. Those days are over. My daughter also reacted to certain meds but not any more.  So far so good with not having to use it thank god! Knock on wood.
@MarkinAR decks are fun! Be sure to post pics.

  4. Nice!! I am still going strong finding extra sh** to do !
I did the pantry over for wife, it looks like a grocery store! New shelves and paint and a piece of commercial carpet i had in the garage.
Started to change the interior doors now to six panel type.
    (A few pics attached)
I ordered a fire pit, its on the way for the backyard.
I have an old air conditioner that goes through the wall i have to rip out this weekend and close up and that's about it!
Cant do the front of the house over yet with the crazy weather happening right now.  Need steady 50's and above and no frickin rain!

  5. Start with the basic stuff, make sure there is not a safety tear away plug on the rear of the machine or on the handle bars.  Check the kill switch and wiggle it as well, maybe locate the wires for the kill switch and unplug them.  Do a continuity test on them and flip the kill switch for open and closed signal.
After that your going to have to check/test the stator coil.  Unfortunately the cdi cant really be tested so you may have spring for a cdi if the atv is wort it.
But get a tester and pull the stator plug off and start by testing the three phases coming from the coil in the engine.  Phase to phase on ohms setting. Write the numbers down so you can compare them to the manual later.   The numbers between the phases should all be relatively close.  Then test each phase of the stator to ground. You should get an open reading. Any continuity between any phase and ground is an automatic fail on the stator. Start there and see what you get.
