Sounds like you need to get to the carb, running it empty may have ran a blockage into one of your jets. There is also the chance the fuel filter is plugged if it has one.

You have to have the 2 holes that are in a line on the cam on the top center and the dot on the top gear top center and line the dot on the bottom gear up with the arrow above the gear to line the bottom gear up you have to have the clutch assembly off. Just remember everything has to be top dead center, I think you pull a side plug to check top dead center of the crank.

Do some good searching, you'll find e-bbay is a good source and you can buy generally 3 oil filters at a time for a fraction of the cost. Typically where I buy mine from

It bucks a lil while riding after warmed up and will stall out if i get off the gas but will idle fine, it's got (according to the local shop) a 180 main jet. The jet is a guess since its a lil hard to read, but looked spot on compared to a new one.
I have been thinkin bout the radiator idea myself as well Ox, jus tryin to find a slightly cheaper alternative

That's one thing I haven't checked Rappy, I'd think if stuck open it shoud over cool the motor tho and not start cutting out after 20 min of hard riding. the fan engages and shuts of jus fine as well

I bought a Grizzly 660 not very long ago, it has engine mods as well as a new pipe to breath through. I've noticed I can't ride for much longer than 30 min before the machine starts cutting out, if I let it sit and the motor gets cold it will run just fine again until it re-warms up. I replaced the water pump workings and seals as well as flushed the radiator and given fresh coolant, the spark plug is a perfect shade of brown so I know that the motor is running as it should. I didn't have this issue before putting the pipe on but can't see how the pipe would cause this. Any thoughts or help on this issue is greatly appreciated

If it shifts that difficult it may be a bent shift fork, just rebuilt the tranny in a 450yfz having the same issue. Thats what we found to be the issue, shifted wonderfully after the new shift forks were put in
