Hi guys I was wondering if anyone can help me with my 1994 Yamaha timberwolf 2x4. I am having trouble finding any info on adjusting my clutch. I am not able to smoothly put the machine in first and reverse is very hard to get in. When I do get it in reverse I am not able to keep it there for long, it keeps kicking out. I would appreciate some guidance from all of you and if you could refer me to a website so I can read about the adjustment settings. Thanks and be safe out there.

Hi all, I took my driven clutch appart because it would not open and close with rmp increase and decrease. The buttons are bad and i will replace those. It came appart fast and I am unsure what holes the srping was in. There is a chart in the book that lists from soft to hard for the settings but was curious if anyone has played with these settings and how much of a difference it has made?

How do I and where is the idle screw adjustment for a boys' Raptor 80? After it warms up and sometimes when it is cold, it will not idle very well, mostly when it warms up though. I have looked for the adjustment and cannot find it. I must be blind. It has approximately 15 hrs on it since new in April 2006. Anyway, please help me. Steve

I prefer to do as much myself as possible, but I was uncomfortable removing the carb, so I decided to have a local shop install my Dynojet kit on my 08 AC 400. The guy doing the install told me he didn't adjust the pilot screw (aka fuel mixture screw) because it required a special tool he didn't have. He described it as round on one side and flat on the other. The Dynojet instructions say to adjust with a flat head screwdriver. I called their tech line, and they seemed to think only Honda and Polaris used the D-shaped adjustment screw, but they're sending me a tool anyway. Per my manual, the stock pilot screw setting is 1 3/4 turns out, and the Dynojet kit recommends 2 1/2 turns out. If it's idling and running okay at lower throttle, will I be okay leaving the pilot screw at the factory setting, or should I go ahead and adjust to Dynojet recommendations? Can I make the adjustment with the carb still on, or does it need to come off?
