put new piston, jug, crank, and bearings in 05 yfz 450, according to service manual. when i try to start it carb blows out, exhaust sucks in. could i have put somthing together wrong?

When i connect my battery the 30a fuse on the starter relay blows I checked the starter cable and starter ALL GOOD I did note however when the B/W small wire from ground terminal of battery is disconnected And I connect the Large cables no fuse blown This is on a 2000 Suzuki LTA500F Quadmaster 500 Bottom line every time I connect the battery cables I blow the 30a fuse thus no power to anything at all. Wiring all looks intact I exposed almost all of the wiring harness tracing the small B/W wire from the grounded side of the battery could it be the CDI unit or rectifier I did replace the starter relay that is fused 30a as the original relay was blown Any thoughts are greatly appreciated

Hi I have a 1998 Kodiak 400 that locked up the bottom end. 2 actually.... I am looking for used engines or parts and I have run into some questions. The local shop isn't so helpful. What years are the same? I have a 2002 400cc motor in a box already. Could a 350cc from the same year bolt in there? I have a wrecked one in hiding out back. I work on a ranch we have several of these monsters. All have a shton of miles on them. These things are easy to work on and work with. We plow with them. Maintain power lines and fences from them. Any info would be really helpful.. Thanks

My dad said if I wanted a four wheeler I had to build it. Well it took me over a year to do it but now I am having troubles with the carubretor. My dad and I tried to rebuild it and we took our time doing it but the problems we are have are: we are getting exhaust blow out of the carburetor and exhaust out of the tailpipe it back fires at a high rpm and when we put the air box on the carburetor we have no acceleration. We have stop at a couple dealerships but they don't work on anything as old as my 88 warrior and have no idea. Can anyone help please.
