  1. I recently bought a 2000 warrior that needed motor work. I got it all put back together and can't figure out why I have no electric coming on, it has a new battery with 12.5v the fuse is good and I believe I have all the ground wires connected. Any help or suggestions?
  2. the start button quit working so i intalled new one, still nothing, it will not try and start at all like its not getting and power to the button so i thot its the cylinoid (which sits next to the battery which is above the left back tire) I put brand new one on still nothing...when i jump the cylinoid with a piece of copper wire it starts right up.... is there a fuse or something that leads to the starter button that could be blown? I took the seat off and tracked the wire from the cylinoid to the starter button and i noticed the wire goes into something that is wrapped in some kind of black rubber plastic looking square shaped thing... the wire goes in one side and out the other? what is inside that black rubber thing? a fuse? could that be the problem? i dont want to cut it open if i dont need to..... all help is needed thanks....
  3. hooked up old headlight first time, everything died. fuses ok. help.
  4. I need help/ideas please! I have an 04 Eiger 5 speed. Runs great and pull starts. Only clicks at the solenoid when trying the electric start. Replaced connections, solenoid and starter!! Battery charged, still just clicks at solenoid!!! All lights work, I'm at a loss. Could it be the neutral relay? Anyway to test that? All fuses are good. Very frustrated.
  5. I charged my battery on a 87 yamaha timberwolf 250 and left the key on like a dummy. Now that i have a battery that is fully charged i have nothing when i hit the start button. I can just stator and have spark. I used to turn the key and have the neutral light. But no light and when i hit the start button i get nothing. What could my issue be?
  6. I can't get my artic cat to start, replaced solenoid & starter and the solenoid just clicks when you pull the brake handle and push the starter. Any Ideas as to what is wrong Thanks
  7. Is there any way to check an electric choke for proper operation? Thanks
  8. I own a 2003 Arctic Cat 400, 2 WD. I use this bike everyday in my farming operation. Recently I had to have the flywheel assembly replaced because the maginets came unglued and dissingrated. The total bill on this repair from an authorized dealer was $836.00. Now the machine will not start with the electric starter. I've checked all the fuses, and I have power from the battery to the fuse which controls the power to the starter. I can start the AC with the pull rope at which time all my gages and lights work, but prior to starting no gauges work and no lights. What's wrong and does anyone have any suggestions about fixing the problem ?
