I recently replaced all top end gaskets and seals on my 2005 Arctic Cat 500 (FIS Manual) and after about a month of smooth riding, I took it out for some heavier riding. It ran fine for a good four or five hours straight yesterday and I cranked it today and it's blowing antifreeze out of my tailpipe. What could be the cause of these blown gaskets?

So I have oil that comes out of out a small crack next to one of the top bolts. Anyone know a way to seal this or fix it without buying a whole new cylinder head? I was hoping there was something I could put on the crack to seal it or I know a welder that could just weld over it?? Thanks again, Keith

Last year i have changed the timing chain on my 1997 TRX350. I did use silicone between head and cover. now it is leaking. I am looking for a better product than silicone to put between cover and head. What should i use?

I am working on a Kawasaki Brute Force 650. The oil is milky white which tells me there is a bad head gasket on one of the cyclinders. How tough is it to change the gasket? Any help will be much appreciated!

hi some kid wrecked my LT-300 into a pond.......upside down. don't ask. anyway, i think i have everything back to normal except, when the quad idles the exhaust pipe get cherry red, pretty quickly. i assume it to be a mixture problem. it starts and runs fine. any thoughts? if it is mixture, how do I adjust it? one thing I should tell you is that a friend took off a cable screw from the bottom of the mikuni to let water out (which was wrong). anyway, i have put that back in the carb but, don't know what that is or whether that needs to be adjusted too. (it's a black phillips head screw that has a cable that goes to the bottom of the carb). help me, please. tx

Hi, I bought my Warrior used, but the headlight(s) was gone (wiring is there). What is a cheap alternative from OEM for headlights? I assume I'll need some sort of mount too. Thanks.

Hi, just rebuilt my engine (wiesco crank and rod kit, rings, new gasket kit top and bottom, valve stem oil seals, grinded valves) my problem is this, my head is leaking air from the right hand side(not the timing chain side) where the head meets the cylinder. I have a tusk head gasket on and it has a steel ring around chamber and the rest is like cork or paper. The original was all steel with some kind of sealant on it which I cleaned of everywhere. The head is torqued correctly as I stripped and built it again to check it but it's still the same. Has anybody else come across this? Do Warriors wrap their heads?

Well, in process of installing cam, all the clearances were in check timing was on on a new hotcam stage 2 and I started it up and the engine is much louder and i hear a littl rattling noise now and it dies after idling for like 3 minutes. Could this be a bent valve? I really dont wanna take off the head right now.
