put new piston, jug, crank, and bearings in 05 yfz 450, according to service manual. when i try to start it carb blows out, exhaust sucks in. could i have put somthing together wrong?

Anyone know of a good repair besides replacement for the ever cracking Big Bear 350 intakes. Replaced with a Zoom Zoom about two operational hours ago and the new one is cracked.

Got my FCI intake today cant wait to put it on and see what kind of power gains it gives, if anyone is familer with this install and knows any tips let me know, I image it wont be to bad.

I am curious if anyone out there really knows how much you gain from a intake on a kfx450R? I know on most 450's the honda yamaha ect.. you may gain 1 or 2 horse but I here on the KFX you gain almost 5 horse is this really true?

Anyone know how to remove the intake valve lifter assembly without completely disassembling the entire motor?

I have oil coming out of the front drain in my air intake assembly. What could cause this? Has anyone ever had this problem?
