I have a 110cc atv not sure of a brand its a Chinese model. I put on a new harness with cdi solenoid and all those. I have put a new starter on, and carburetor. I bypassed the start button cause it was just making the solenoid click. with the new button switch the atv will crank but not start. I tried to jump the solenoid and it did nothing. I am stumped. also I noticed gas leaking from the carburetor and when I took the filter off there was gas in it. I cleaned the carburetor and nothing was stuck or clogged. can someone help me out.

Hi Guys, Just wondered if anyone can help, I have just bought a 1990s YFM350 Moto4, and I am struggling to identify the model/ year of the bike. I was told it was a 1997, but would not count on that. Its a 2WD model with cable operated brakes shoes on the front, cable operated disc at the rear and the choke next to the speedo. I have been trawling sets of microfiche, but can't seem to find a model with the same brakes as mine. The only part of the frame number I can make out looks like it starts 2VA. Thanks in advance, if anyone can help. Tim

Hey all, Im new here and am sad to start with what might be a very dumb question, haha. I just got a 95 big bear anniversary edition, and have pdf service manuals for that year...but am not sure which model number it is...yfm350fgw? I ask because the manuals i have list multiple 350"s like the 350fww and what not and i dont want to say, tune my carb wrong, etc. I am currently cleaning the carb and then gonna go through the whole machine and see what kind of neglect I have deal with, so any tips about that would be great too. CHeers! awesome forums!!!!!!

New to the forum & ATVs. Was hoping to get some help understanding: 1) Manufacture Brand distinction, like 1's that are liked vs. loathed. Out of likes is there a big difference between Polaris & Kawasaki, etc. 2) Looking at an older ATV (2005 Suzuki 700), and was wondering with all of the additions/upgrades to the later models, what are the biggest features in a newer (but used) model that I might want to consider that would deter me from buying a 2005?

Let's see how this goes: Please name one atv model (make and model) but you may only name one that has not been named already. Those are the rules. Add a picture of the model you are naming if you can. Here we go.......... Suzuki King Quad 750 4X4

I got a branch stuck up under my back axle on the right side and it sheared the boot closet to the tire off. The guy at the atv place said I'd have to take the boot off on the inside too, because that's the way they designed it. I'm hoping this is bull crap, and I only have to fix the one. Either way, I bought new boots and bands for each on the back right side. I need to buy a banding tool with a cutter next, to complete the ensemble. My question is, how hard of a fix is this? I was going to ask my uncle if he could do it. I know it'll be a greasy mess, but is it simple? I don't want it to get torn apart just to end up being hauled over to the garage. I want to get some use out of it this summer, since I spent a good penny on new front tires for it this spring, along with brand new oil/filter, and spark plug. It does me no good sitting in the barn looking dejected and forlorn.

Hey guys, At midnight tonight, UTV Off-Road Magazine is going to have all the details of the 2009 Polaris models on our website: UTV Off-Road Magazine :: Everything Side-By-Side for the Off-Road Enthusiast The top item in the News & Event section will be our 20 page article you can read right online. It will include details of all UTV/SxS models including the latest and newest accessories, as well. The second item in the News & Events section will be the videos of their product line. This will initially include a full walk-around specifications video and an exciting action video. In short time we'll have some additional videos up of all the accessories they had on display in addition to the rest of the UTV/SxSs. If you have unanswered questions after reading the article and seeing the videos, we'll be more than happy to answer them if we know the answer. We got to spend 2 days with them, so there's probably some things we missed but will cover in future issues once we get some more time to spend with the machines. Suzuki and Yamaha ATV Model Year Code Letter Designations Have you ever wondered how you can identify the model year of a Suzuki or Yamaha ATV? Suzuki and Yamaha assign a year letter code to the end of each model name. Perhaps you’ve noticed this letter designation in your Suzuki or Yamaha repair manual or owners manual but weren’t sure what it meant. In descending order, the Suzuki and Yamaha year code letter designations are as follows: Y = Yamaha S = Suzuki Year Y S 2008 X K8 2007 W K7 2006 V K6 2005 T K5 2004 S K4 2003 R K3 2002 P K2 2001 N K1 2000 M Y 1999 L X 1998 K W 1997 J V 1996 H T 1995 G S 1994 F R 1993 E P 1992 D N 1991 B M 1990 A L 1989 W K 1988 U J 1987 T H 1986 S G 1985 N F 1984 L E 1983 K D 1982 J Z 1981 H X 1980 G T 1979 F N 1978 E C 1977 D B 1976 C A 1975 B M 1974 A L
