  1. Is it possible to put a motor from a big bear 350 into a timberwolf? Reason I ask is that I have a timberwolf with a bit of a rod knock, and I have big bear with a bad rear end and axle with a good motor. So, is it possible?
  2. i just bought a 2005 suzuki 700 king quad it runs fine when i push the 4x4 button in but as soon as i flip up the differental lock the motor starts cutting out can anyone help please.
  3. I put to much oil in my motor. Took quad out riding, rode for about 3 miles then it started bogging down, then died. Now it won't start. Any ideas as to what happened in my motor??
  4. I have a 1996 suzuki king quad lt-f4wdx 280cc and am considering haveing it rebuilt as a seal is bad and cannot be replaced w/o tearing the motor apart! I need to know the average price range to do this!
  5. I have a Kazuma Panda 110 auto trans, no reverse. I am considering a motor change. Has anyone changed out the Kazuma motor for a more reliable brand...ie. ( honda or Briggs & Straton).?
  6. Hi everyone. I am hoping to find a service manual or exploded view diagram for a Lincoln 110cc Automatic Mini quad. Or any advice ect. Something seems to be locking up inside. However the quad has sat for a while. I have lubed EVERYTHING and think the piston does go up and down when I move the flywheel clockwise, but it locks going forward. Thanks and if photo,s or any more info is needed please let me know.

  12. I just did an oil change and I found the pin in the oil drain plug hole, I just cannot figure out what this pin could be from, any ideas. The ATV still shifts and runs great.... TIA Just realized I havnt gave much information, Yamaha 1997 Timberwolf ATV

I have a 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 ,Last summer I went on an ATV run of about a hundred miles, Towards the end of the ride I noticed the motor was starting to knock and it did not seem to have much power,especially upon acceleration. When I got the machine home I had the cam replaced which cured the knocking but when I test drove it at the shop the power still was not right...actually not any better than before the repair. I told the mechanic about it and he messed around with it for a few minutes and determined that the air box was not sealed properly and put a new gasket in. The problem seemed to be solved but since I got it home the problem has resurfaced. I tested the compression ,It's fine and,replaced the plug and fuel filter to no avail..The problem is not constant ,sometimes it runs great. What do you think is the problem ?????.OK tomorrow I will probably take the carb off and clean it but, I will try to explain exactly what happens ...It starts and idles fine but when I push the throttle, wheterh it is in gear or in neutral the engine does not snap up the RPMs quickly ,it seems doggy and will not rev to the limit like it used to ,..When riding it has no power from a dead stop and will reach 30 mph or so slowly it will eventually get up to about 45 mph but it takes a long distance to do this , when it was running good I could get to 55 mph in about 10 seconds,.. now it takes all day to just get to 45 mph..I just want to be sure You guys have all the info you need before suggesting I tear the carb apart.
