Hey all, A buddy of mine just got 2 falcon 110s a few weeks back that had been sitting around for a few years, and got me to get them running. Well at least one, and took parts from the other one as needed. He is trading me the other one for labor costs. I really did not want to do this since I could use the money, but I am going to anyway. So my question is, where can I find some good performance parts for this thing. The one I rode went pretty good, but Im a speed freak of sorts and want to built it to go faster. I want to make a crazy little toy for myself with this thing. I already know about the after market CDI and coils, but would like to go way further than that with a possible cam and head, maybe even a larger bore if possible. Thanks for any replies.

I want to upgrade, not sure what size tires will fit and do I need wheel spacers and lift kit? What performance mods do I need to do for the larger tires or don't need to ? Like the Maxxis Vipr tires. Maxxis Vipr front 27x9R-14 Maxxis Vipr Rear 27x11R-14 What size wheel will work? offset? Stock 25x10-12 Rears and 25x8-12 Fronts Stick with 12 inch wheels and get taller tires? Thanks,

Would installing a stock exhaust of a bigger atv in place of a stock exhaust of a small atv be a practical substitution to an after market exhaust? For example would i see any performance gains ( or losses) if i installed a stock exhaust from a 450cc atv onto my 350cc atv. After rejetting of course. Would it not make much difference? Possibly be worst then stock because of too much flow?

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to view and hopefully reply to this postings. I have developed a patented UNIVERSAL track conversion kit, which can be used on SPORT or Utility version ATV's. I have spent 4 years in the design and countless prototypes. In my opinion, my kit blows everyone else out of the water. I have 3 working prototypes that have been tested by varies pro riders, they have been unsuccessful in breaking them. I would like to share the advantages of my kits and get your opinion, if I should take this to the next level (manufacturing and production). I am hesitant due to incredible amounts of capital involved in the production and marketing that this project would require, but I believe that there is a place and a value for my product line in our sport. The advantages of my kit are the following: > Can be used on SPORT or Utility Quads. > Increased stability, side to side which reduces the possibility of the machine flipping backwards. > Nearly ZERO loss in speed and performance unlike other kits. > The tracks will not fall off during hair pin turns. > Built for extreme riding and jumping. > Maintains stock ride height. > Used in sand, mud, hard pack surfaces, SNOW. I have made ski kits which can easily be installed on the front, so it can be used as a snowmobile in the winter. It rides like a ATV but drives like a snowmobile! If anyone is interested, I have just posted 3 short videos on YouTube of my prototypes. Hey all, looking for some input on this, I have an HMF performance series slip on exhuast on my 08 yfz 450 and was wondering if I could get by state regulated sound levels with it. I think the michigan state regulated sound level is 94 db maybe 99 but pretty sure its 94. So I kind of need to know this soon because I might be making a trip to an ORV park this weekend and wanna make sure my quad will be legal to ride there before I waste gas to get there. Thanks!

Somebody help !!! I have an 03 Yamaha Warrior 350 and everything was running great up until a few days ago when I cranked up for a quick run around the yard and it won’t do anything but idle. It starts easy, idles ok, but the second I touch the throttle it starts bogging and backfiring etc and dumping a mist of raw gas back out the air inlet side of carburetor. I’ve pulled the carburetor apart now three times checking things out and unfortunately don’t know enough about these small carburetors to tell if something’s worn out. No visible damage or anything. But one thing I did notice was that the needle has some wear where it runs through the slide, but like I said, I don’t really know what the wear limits are as I cant find info on that stuff anywhere. The ignition timing is right on the money, I checked the valve clearance and they were ok, the coil checks out good, etc. But wonder if it could be the CDI breaking down under load or maybe the same thing with the stator? Cylinder compression was also check and came out above average at about 125 psi. I’ve talked to a few ATV mechanics that say it’s still the carburetor based on what I tell them. You can definitely tell it’s running way rich at idle due to the strong smell of unburned fuel. One thing that does strike an interest is with a timing light on it at idle, the fire is strong and consistent. But when you try and give her a little more throttle the fire is intermittent right along with the miss in the engine. The spark plug is brand new, but the one I just removed did have noticable soot on the electrode and beneath the threads. It's done this a few times before, but only for a few seconds or until I get it warmed up halfway decent. Then it reved fine and hauled a**s as usual. I have debated on buying a new carburetor, CDI box, etc… but that combined is about 600-700 bucks, and I just don’t want to start throwing parts at it. I have even pulled the side cover to make sure the stator and such weren’t damaged. I am pretty much at a stand still and dont know where else to look. Could it really be the carb? Please tell me there's somebody out there who has had the same issue and figured it out????

I am looking for a stock pipe for my 2007 king quad 700. I have an HMF performance pipe that I will trade straight up for the pipe. If I did this right, there should be some pictures of it below. Anyone interested please email me at [email protected], or reply to this post. 104_1462.jpg - Image - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting 104_1463.jpg - Image - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

We got it yesterday, snapped it in place of the stock CDI, and took 'er for a test drive. Got it past the max speed it used to get up to (42 mph) in no time at all, can't wait to see how fast she'll really go now! She should do great in the dunes this weekend!!!!!
