Want to replace the Piston / Cylinder assembly on my grandson's 2007 Panther RX-4 110cc. Was going to purchase entire engine. The piston was just stuck in the cylinder. Piston not burned. Rings just slightly rusted to cylinder. Decision is piston size. Ebay has kit. Either 52mm or 54mm but description says kit will fit most 110 cc engines. Measured my piston and cylinder. Digital caliper measures 52.19mm. I need to purchase the correct kit. Also require gasket kit. Input greatly appreciated. Kids want to ride the atv. rickbmac

i put a higher compression piston in my 400ex and now when i drive it roughly every 30 seconds or so it dies down like it is out of gas then it picks back up again after about 5 seconds of that, i was wondering if the piston would require a bigger jet or could it be because i dident get it back in time just right? ps. it has a pipe on it but im not sure if its full or slip on

I'm trying to replace the cylinder base gasket on an LT250R 2 stroke. This is the first time I have done anything like this. Can someone please tell me how to orient the ring gaps on the piston? I heard that there were locating pins to keep the rings from turning to the ports. Please help so I don't ruin something. Also any ideas for compressing the rings? Thanks Much
