Howdy So my stock 2017 750 KQ came with Carlisle AT489 Bias Tires On Amazon these seem to have excellent reviews although the thing I here the most cumulatively on the forums is the first thing to change is the tires. Are these tires all that bad? They seem to be holding up nice and i go on some pretty serious black diamond trails. Granted this is my first ATV purchase and i don't really have anything long term to compare these to. Please lace me up if im missing something here because if buying a new set of tires will increase performance - reliability- comfort - im all for it... Also if you guys could recommend some tires for the trails I'd appreciate it. I don't mud and don't plan to if that helps narrow down the search.
  2. have an 05 750, and she bangs out when you give it gas. Idles fine. Also the belt light is flashing, even after a new belt was put on. Any ideas?
  3. okay so just recently I bought this machine for a friend's son as a graduation gift. We rode about two days ago and while riding he punctured the oil filter so we went home immediately. I fixed the oil leak and basically did an oil change and went out for a test ride to see how it was riding and about an hour into my ride it started shaking hard when I hit throttle and just rolled to a stop and now it will Not move in any gear. Out of one of the snorkels had a nasty burnt smell when this happened. Thank you for any help in advance!!
  4. Hi, sorry I'm new to this so not sure if I'm doing it right! I'm from Ireland, recently bought a 2009 Suzuki 750 Kingquad AFi and having a small issue (at least I hope it's a small issue!!) When I start the quad, it fires up, revs etc all as it should, but when I put it into gear and give the throttle a jag it stalls, if I give it the throttle very gentle, it revs up but does back fire slightly and moves off fine! The battery was bad in the quad and I changed that, thinking that the pump wasn't getting enough power for injection and I also replaced the spark plug and cleaned out the main fuel lines. It's definitely better than it was, but does still cut out at times! Once the rev gets up and I'm moving on, it runs like a dream.....flying machine! If I come along the road or fields, and slack off the accelerator to about quarter then throttle on, the quad picks up and away like it should, but when I go back to idle / low rev, I have to give it a lot of throttle to keep going, if I go for a small rev to maybe turn around or run up to a gate, it has a habit of stalling or back firing abit! Is there anyone who could suggest anything I should do / have missed, etc?
  5. Good evening, I'm hoping someone here can help me.... I've had my quad to 5 different shops and no one seems to be able to fix it. The problem I'm having with my 750 King Quad is that it will run for about 10 minutes and then shut off. If you let it sit for a while, it will start back up, but will then do the same thing. I am at a loss. I had one place tell me I needed a new CDI for about 600 dollars and yet another tell me I needed the engine redone...... my quad only has 600 miles on it. Anyone else heard of this problem, or know what might be causing it?
  6. I have a 08 kingquad 750. Just put big gun exhaust, yellow secondary spring, 18 gram rollers, UNI air filter, dynatek fuel controller,new 27x10-12 vampires, and it's snorkeled. Still has some low end lag. All this helped but is there something else I could do? I heard about the vdi but the price is a lil high for me. Any help would be appreciated thanks
  7. With Suzuki running a five year zero percent financing program, I'm looking at the 2012 KQ 750. I've had two Vinson's previously and both ran well. Any pros or cons on the KQ 750?
  8. I found a 2006 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 thats fore sale. I can get it for $3000. It has 355 hours and a little over 1800 miles. It has a newer body. It is the blue color and marked efi on it. The guy tried to pass it off as being fuel injected and that the choke simply idled it up. I told him that efi did not come out until 2008 and that color was not available until 2007. I kind of feel that if he is not being honest about that, then what esle is he hiding. It starts good and I rode it around a small parking lot and seemed to ride all right. Couldnt really get it up to a good speed due to room. Is it worth going for? Anything on these to look out for or any years better than others? Thanks..
  9. Hi, I have a photo of the power steering. My question is: where, what is the bolt, or as it is unscrewed or screwed something happens? The point here is that I have a backlash on the steering wheel, which fall into the eps and the end. I would like to spin it and see what is forged.

  11. I had to remove the fuse box on my 05 Brute. the 4wd quit working and run through all the steps with actuators and control c.u.e. but it was the wires attached to the fuse box. The metal connectors rotted out and lost connecton. Quick fix is to install fuse links to match existing size and it works great and it cost 22.00 to fix it. save alot of money and time doing this.and it also eliminates future problems associated with water and mud trapped under fuse box.
  12. Any Replacement Headlamps Brighter Than Originals Available. Need Replacements And Unable To Locate Anything But From Dealer. Oem's Not Bright Enough.
