Hi new to this site and not really sure how to navigate through forums actually. I have a small atv I’d like to get running. It’s a yongkang easy company brand. I can’t seem to find any information or user manuals on it. I’m hoping I can get some direction from this site.

I am at my wits end. I cannot get any spark at the plug. I replaced everything. New loom, CDI, Ignition Coil, Regulator, Stator. To attempt to eliminate kill switch issues, the only connections I am working with are the Stator to CDI, CDI to Coil., Starter solinoid to battery. The regulator is not connected, nor are any switches or other plugs. I have even removed the kill wire from the CDI connector. So I have the bare minimum of a ignition circuit. Yes, I do have a battery connected and earthed to the chassis. I am getting around 20v AC out of the stator on the red/black, and 0.5v AC on the blue/white (trigger). Same voltages at the CDI connector (input) I am only getting around 0.5v on the yellow/black out of the CDI to the coil. I am getting around 0.5v AC at the sparkplug. Any suggestions?

Grandson got a couple China made ATVs, lucky me, been a while since my motorcycle days, but I’ve mechanic and body worked all my life. Got an issue with the 110 cc one that’s got me scratching my bald head. Replaced carb, adjusted and checked all I see that can be done and it still Boggs out in forward gear , but will spin the tires in reverse and not bogg at all. What am I missing hear ? Anybody got any ideas on what to try next? Please let me know, I’m sure that the best thing to do would be to get rid of the the things and buy a real Atv, unfortunately the grandkids can’t afford it and Grandpa is supposed to be able to fix anything don’t acknowledge. Help needed!

I bought this four-wheeler used for my son's birthday last week. It wasn't running when I got it but after a new battery and some tinkering it has been running for 5 days probably 8-10 hours of run time. Today after 1 hour My son wanted to wash it, I showed him how to be careful not getting water near the engine. We were careful but after we washed it and let it dry the motor starts but the transmission slips and won't really go forward. Even if I pick the back of the four wheeler up the wheels only go forward a tiny bit. It's as if something is slipping inside. But it worked fine right before the wash. Not sure what brand. I was told it was 90 cc's the VIN is attached. Is it 90 or 110ccs? No air filter came with it. Using a some old stockings until I figure out what air filter to order. My son is so bummed so I want to get it back up to speed but also teach him how to work on it. 20200620_184911.mp4

Found some interesting news online when I googled Yamaha yesterday. Not sure when this went down, but Yamaha bought a percentage of Linhai (a Chinese manufacturing company) and are providing technology for Scooters, and more importantly for this forum, ATV's. Seeing as how not everyone can AFFORD the crazy prices that have skyrocketed over the past 15 years. Yamaha and Linhai are trying to produce a more affordable model by manufacturing out of CHINA! I found a pretty substantial savings at RidersWholesale.com over what they want you to pay at the local Yamaha Dealer. Just spreading the word. Let me know what you think about this. You can check out the Technical Specs Here
