plug wire is new came with the new coil

has a new plug and has electric start it will turn over like a top

hi im new to this page and i was wondering i have a kolpin 90cc atv that i got through a trade for a snowblower. It obviously sat in a mud puddle for awhile the stator was full or mud and crap but is now clean and creating current it also has a new cdi and coil but still no spark any ideas?
