Possible blown head gasket. in General ATV Discussion Posted April 17, 2017 Was given a Yamaha 250 Timberwolf. The guy said he thought the engine was blown. However after talking with him some more what he described sounded like a blown head gasket. Description was " It was using a quart of oil per day, then while out riding it began to smoke a lot, afterwards it lost power and died". I'm a small engine mechanic! and this description fits with blown head gasket. Any thoughts on this?
