I have a 2002 Yamaha Warrior 350 and i have a couple questions

1) On a brand new head would the valve clearances be set out of the box or would they need set?, bc i dont have a gauge and need to know weather or not to get one.

2) Will a brand new head come with valve covers and timing chain side plate?

i just ordered a new head for my 2002 yamaha yfm350x warrior, does anyone know if the valves are set to the correct clearance right out of the box or do they need set?
