Hello all.
Over the weekend, I picked up a 1987 Bayou 185. I gave it a once over and noticed that the voltage regulator plug is missing some wire. The service manual does not have a picture of the plug.  Only the wiring diagram which has told me I am missing a white wire (it is in the picture).

Is there anyone out there that can snap a picture of a working one and post it?

The only rule I have is that I need to be able to move one end of the quad at a time.  I like to get stuck and getting a mean monster unstuck can be problematic.  That my rule though.  Tones of other do not share my idea.  That said, I have had several Kaws and never regretted it.

I agree.  Sounds like the tensioner is not set properly.

Sounds like a dead battery.  
It also could be the stator.  Or even a loose connection somewhere.

You could draw one and have it 3d printed.  There is really good printing material that would do the job.

My 1987 have a knob under the left handle bar.

What you intend to do will matter.  If you are driving around doing yard work, much less aggressive tread is needed.  If you will be in the backwoods and mud bogs, get some aggressive tread.  

That is great.  I have had plastic ammo can before.  However, I would like some sort of quick disconnect.

I think it depends what you are spraying.  However, if I am looking to prevent rust, WD-40 is a go to.  It has Water Displacement in the name and it smell good

To get more lift out of mine, I route the cable through a snatch block that is attached to the front rack and then down to the plow.  

I started by buy a broken kawasaki brute force and fixing it up.  Turns out I love riding as well.  I am 6 fixed ATVs later and have made a nice, self sustaining hobby out of it.
