it idles perfect in neutral, but when I give it any kind of throttle it dies out on me

I thought that as well but this carb doesn't have one. Or I am just dumb and don't see it

I seem to be having a fuel issue- I have no throttle response or when I do as soon as I give it power it dies out. I put a carb rebuild kit in it- cleaned it out. Still nothing. I am thinking I have a setting wrong with the carb maybe one of the valves need to be screwed in/out abit more. Cant find any valve settings for the carb. Any ideas or know of a service manual for it that I can download? I didn't see one of the service manual spot on the site.
