i have an issue with my brakes.it seems every time i ride through water or mud and then the brakes began to freeze up.I was wondering if anyone has total change the brake system from drum to disk or a different drum set up?

I am at a lose.i rebuilt the motor last year and while idling the timing chain broke.i finally got back to workibg on it and put a new battery and spark plug in but wont start.it turn over,has lights.the only things i took off this time were gas tank,fron fender and the normal items to get. Jug off. ANY help be greaton this quad 2002 yamaha warrior 350
