Thanks for the input, now which one?

I have a 2005 Suzuki King Quad 700 that has a weird no start issue. Turn the key to "on", nothing, no display, no start, nothing. Thought it was the battery so I pulled the battery out and charged it and tested it. Battery tested good so I put it back in and the same thing. Now whats odd is that if I hook up my lithium-ion jumpstarting unit to the battery, everything comes on as it should and machine will start. Double checked all connections and everything seems ok and battery has 12.9 volts so it has enough juice where the machine should power up when the key is turned, but it does not unless jumper is hooked to it. Any ideas?
