hello all,
im hoping someone has an idea as to why my trx is not shifting. I recently had a problem with some wiring harnesses, so when I went into the stater case to take a look, my brother was taking a look at the shift drum out of curiosity and it fell out of its housing. once I found the spring loaded pieces to the drum I put it back in place. Now it barely shifts into first and second, it feels ugly and doesn't go above second. I noticed a small dot on the housing which looks like it could be a timing mark but I cant find a timing mark on the drum itself. Im very confused and could use some help.
