I recently purchases a 1985 Kawasaki Bayou 185. The the quad is in great shape and runs well but it is stuck in first gear. If i push the shifter all the way down(what would normally be beyond its range of motion) it will stay in neutral, if I lift the shifter up(well beyond its normal range) it will stay and run in first gear. I am fairly mechanical but have never torn in to a transmission. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Drew
