  1. Sounds like a carburetor problem like I had. Probably likes to run when choked. I think that is a carburetor model so the fix is fairly simple. Disconnect it and unscrew the bottom float assembly. Probably some small screws inside with holes in them. take them out and clean the screws. Here is a good youtube video that helped me. It is about a small atv carb but it is the same (probably) for most carbs.
