  1. I'm looking to a reverse cable for a 2002 Honda forman 400 and can't find one for my year. Is there any other cable from a different year that will work? TIA

I assume it is carbureted and in that case; check the float adjustment, if its too high, adjust the tang on the float (if possible) related float valve/needle and seat,(you can attach a hose to the inlet and blow; when you lift the float to simulate fuel in the bowl the valve should close completely and be unable to blow thru the hose, and the float itself to inspect for cracks/shake it to identify if fuel is in one or both of the floats. Be sure to cut the fuel off via the petcock as unchecked fuel gravity fed to the engine WILL work its way into the crankcase and if it were ran for a significant period, possible detrimental damage could be done as gas saturated oil has terrible lubricating properties.
